Job Vacancy Description:

i2D Communications Limited is seeking 2 talented and dedicated MERN Stack Developers to join our dynamic team at our Dhaka Branch Office. Expected Salary is BDT 50,000 – 60,000 depending on experience.

Key responsibilities and duties:

• Develop and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable MERN stack code using best practices.
• Implement and manage Test-Driven Development (TDD) processes.
• Design, build, and maintain scalable and clean architecture.
• Utilize the latest MERN tools, libraries, and coding practices, including modern webpack features, react-redux, and ES6 for Node.js.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
• Stay updated with emerging trends, technologies, and best practices in software development.

Skills & Qualification :

• At least 1 year of hands-on experience with the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js).
• Strong understanding of TDD and experience implementing it in projects.
• Familiarity with common architectures, preferably clean architecture.
• Proficiency in the latest MERN stack tools and libraries, including webpack features, react-redux, and ES6 for Node.js.
• Good knowledge of UI/UX design principles is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a detail-oriented mindset.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
